Direct. Senior. Honest about what’s hard. You’ll talk to the people doing the work, not an account layer. Expect weekly check-ins, real previews, and pushback when something won’t serve you.

Typically 2 to 4 weeks out. We keep a tight roster on purpose so the team you meet is the team that builds: but it means we don’t take on everything. If timing’s tight, ask anyway.

Constantly. Half our work is for brands in other provinces, the US, or further. We work in your time zone, on your tools: async-first with weekly real-time check-ins. Travel onsite when it actually helps.

Most engagements start around $10K for a focused project and scale up from there for full brand + web + ongoing marketing. We’ll tell you on the first call whether we’re a fit: and who is, if we aren’t.

Yes. No bait-and-switch. The strategist on your discovery call is the strategist in your build. Same with design and engineering.
